Purpose:
Ideals of good governance of a Society include inclusiveness in consultation process, transparency, accountability and adherence to bylaws.

The purpose of the GNC is 1) Governance - to advise the Board on related matters including policy development and review, committee oversight, terms of reference for Officers & representatives, and bylaws review; and 2) Nominations - to advise the Board on the selection of CST representatives & Officers, committee Chairs and election of Directors.
