2016 CST-CNTRP-SQT Joint Scientific Meeting

Canadian Society of Transplantation, Canadian National Transplant Research Program and the Société Québécoise de Transplantation are pleased to host the 2016 CST-CNTRP-SQT Joint Scientific Meeting in Québec City, Québec at the Hilton Québec.

  • On-site Registration will be available at the on-site registration desk located on the 1st floor of the Hilton Quebec starting Oct. 12 6pm - 9pm.

Note: CST Members must login to their CST account to qualify for member pricing.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars and applicable QST and HST taxes will be applied.

Awards and Social Night Event will be held on the evening of Saturday, October 15th and requires tickets to be purchased in advance. Includes dinner, peer awards recognition, post dinner Lip Sync Battle and dancing to music provided by Le Whip Cream band. Don't miss out as there is a limited number of tickets available.

  • Regular Admission $100 per ticket (plus applicable taxes)
  • Trainee/Fellow/Associate/Allied Health Admission $70 per ticket (plus applicable taxes)

Photographs may be taken at any time during the Joint Scientific Meeting. The Canadian Society of Transplantation (CST), CNTRP and SQT reserve(s) the right to use any photography taken during the Joint Scientific Meeting to be used for promotion of future meeting(s) or its organization(s) without compensation to those in the photo(s). The photo(s) may appear in print or electronic publications, and/or on the organizations' website(s).

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received at the CST office on or before August 18, 2016. Cancellation requests received on or before this date will be refunded less a $100CDN administrative fee, and the refund will be processed after the Congress. There will be no refunds for cancellation notices/requests received after August 18, 2016.

All modification and substitution requests must be submitted to the CST 2016 Registration office by email. For replacement of a delegate under individual registration, written permission from the original registrant is required, along with contact details of the substitute delegate.

For security reasons, all delegates will be issued a badge onsite that is required to be worn at all times during the Congress and at any organized functions. Badge swapping is strictly prohibited. In the event of a lost or a forgotten badge, an administrative fee of $25 CDN will be charged for the reprint of the badge after verification of identification (passport, driving license or other recognized identification paper).
