COVID-19 Resources

During the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) global outbreak, the safety of our transplant donors and recipients is paramount. Below are some resources to guide the administration of organ and tissue donation and transplantation services in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Organ Donation and Transplantation Expert Advisory Committee (ODTEAC), which includes members of the CST, developed a consensus guidance that can be used by provincial organ donation organizations and regional transplant and donation programs to guide the administration of organ and tissue donation and transplantation services in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The committee meets at least once a week to discuss and update the consensus guidance.
