SKIING IN THE QUÉBEC REGION 

Mont-Ste-Anne - A short 40 km drive (25 miles) east of Québec City, Station Mont-Sainte-Anne is one of the largest downhill ski resort in Québec with its 66 trails, 17 for night skiing. Artificial snow. Vertical drop: 625 metres (2,050 feet). Chair lifts, T-bars, and gondolas whisk you up to the top of the mountain (800 metres/2,625 feet) and a panoramic view over the St. Lawrence River valley landscape. Boutique, ski school, equipment rentals, restaurant and day care services.

For those wanting to depart in the morning, reservations should be made the day before or any time beforehand with the concierge. The rate is $28 per person, and the meeting place is at the tour desk in the main lobby at 7:45 a.m. The shuttle leaves Mont Ste-Anne at 4:00 p.m. to return to the hotel.

Le Massif - Approximately 75 km from Québec City. Towering high above the St. Lawrence River, The Mountain creates a natural hideaway for action, adventure and intrigue. Due to the unique geomorphology and climate of this part of the Mountain, the Summit feels like a world slightly apart from the rest.

Stoneham - Located 20 minutes from Québec City, the Stoneham Mountain Resort is one of the best-known ski resorts east of the Rockies, thanks to its ambience, installations and ski conditions. Thirty-nine runs, including 19 for night skiing. Beginner’s slope with two carpet lifts. Vertical drop of 420 m (1386 feet). Chair- and draglifts can handle 14 200 skiers per hour.
