Seeking a Director, Renal Transplant Program at the Multi Organ Transplant Program at the University Health Network (UHN) in Toronto, Ontario.
The Multi Organ Transplant Program at the UHN is a large multi-disciplinary, integrated unit which encompasses transplantation of heart, lung, liver, pancreas and kidney. In 2011-12 we performed over 500 solid organ transplants of which approximately 150 were renal transplants.
