ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS:

  1. Please follow this link for the online registration process.  After reading through this page, click on this button to begin the registration process.        
                                                              
  2. You will be requested to choose your province of residence and click on your choice of language: English or French. You will then be directed to 'Choose your Meeting Option' page.
  3. Click on the 'Meeting Option' button of your choice.
  4. Create an account by filling in the form and clicking on 'Create Account' once completed.

    NOTE: If you have attended or submitted an abstract to the CST for 2010 or 2011 Scientific Meetings or attended any meetings of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 2010 or 2011 you already have an account.

    If you have forgotten your password, click ‘forgot password’ and one will be sent to you via email.
  5. This will direct you to the online submission form.  Once you have completed the registration a receipt/confirmation will be emailed to you.

Please note that all pre-registration is online. There are no hard copy registration forms available. Please register online before December 20, 2011 (Midnight EST) to get the Early Registration Discount.

You must be a member of the CST or AST to register as a 'Full Member' or 'Associate Member' or 'Residents/Fellows/Trainees', if you are not you MUST register as a 'Non-Member'  

Memberhship dues for 2012 must be paid in order to obtain a Member's Rate. 

PLEASE NOTE: Online registration CLOSES on FEBRUARY 9th, 2012 Midnight EST. After this day ALL registrations will be ONSITE ONLY at the Fairmont Château Frontenac, Québec City.

NOTE: Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing by the CST no later than January 23, 2012, 30 days prior to the meeting. An administration charge of $50 will apply to all refunds. REFUNDS NOT PROVIDED AFTER JANUARY 23, 2012.  

The table below lists the fees for 2012 registration. There are 4 different Deadlines:

(1)  Early Bird:  By December 20, 2011  (Midnight EST)
(2)  Regular Fee: By January 23, 2012  (Midnight EST)
(3) Late Fee:  After January 23, 2012  (Midnight EST)
